Steele Strategies charges the following fees: $1,500 which will include international marketing in our newsletters for six months and a bimonthly report to our clients. There is a 6% contingency fee based on the value of the asset that is successfully exchanged. Steele Strategies will not write (negotiate) offers but will bring and advise clients on offers. Clients have the responsibility and final say on selecting an exchange that is best suited for them.

We work with real estate and business owners, large equity and international properties, environmental problems, underutilized assets or vacancies and companies with excess capacities that NEED to create successful solutions through proven conventional and non-conventional strategies.

How do we differ from ordinary real estate brokers? Steele Strategies is focussed on exchanges which we feel is better suited for this market and economic climate. Rather then reduce an owner’s equity (and opportunities) on limited cash transactions, we look to preserve it through exchanges.
