We have partnered with Google Base, Trulia.com, and HomesByOwner.com (aka network sites), so some of our listings will appear on these and other websites for increased traffic. So here's the deal, we will submit real estate listings posted on http://GoSwap.org by January 5, 2008 FREE of charge. All listings posted after January 5 can be promoted to appear on Network Sites at a nominal fee of $25 per listing. Please make sure you listing has at least one picture and a detailed description including the swap criteria and most importantly, the address of the property. Your listing will appear on the network sites with your contacts for as long it appears on GoSwap.org, usually 1 year.
