How to search and get notified of the new trade matches?

To get notified by email of the properties matching your swap criteria login and perform one or several searches using the search box on our homepage.

Click on "Save search & get notified..." link appearing at the top of search results, name the search, and hit save. Repeat the steps above to save broader or narrower searches. We will send you periodic emails with links to listings matching your search criteria. Enter and save additional searches at any time.

When a new listing is entered our system runs and saves an "auto saved search" based on the listing's broad swap criteria. 

All saved searches can be deleted at: My Account > Manage saved searches

Did you know that....

When swapping existing mortgages will be paid off at closing. Since property swap involves party A buying a property from party B party A's mortgage will be paid off from party B's proceeds, while party B's mortgage will be paid off from party A's proceeds. Because most transactions are financed actual funds are coming from the mortgage companies, plus equity that either party had, (if any).
