Description: Located in a quaint seaside community to the south of Virginia Beach, Virginia with a character all its own. It is located remotely from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area of town, yet is convenient to shopping and entertainment. There is an active year-round community as well as a vigorous seasonal rental business. The home is located on the extreme north end of Sandbridge beach with a wide, quiet beach. Glimpses of the ocean can be seen from the deck, and this area of the community is very quiet. Immediately north of the property is a Navy base, but the area adjacent to the property is forested. A short walk to the beach, this home is on a very desirable large lot. Easily a pool would enhance the rental potential. The home is very well maintained, and although older, has had a major interior rehab within the past 5 years. It has been used intermittently over the past 5 years and is in very good repair. The major rehab included rewiring of the house, new roof, new kitchen, new interior walls and floors. It has been a great house with many great memories and we are sad to make the decision to let it go, but a move to a different part of the country necessitates the sale or trade.
