2/ The Real Estate development.
In addition to the owned 4 cottages , the company's operation includes as well the development of the remaining lots for sale , and the management of the Rental Pool program. The developer has started selling the 14 lots of the eco-resort. Owners then let their cottage or villa to the Hotel management company who takes care of the maintenance,management, marketing , and get paid for it. No fixed costs. Owners pay directly all expenses, and you receive 33% on rentals you provide and 10% on management with absolutely no costs.
The remaining lots for sale represent a selling value of 720,000 $ for about 6 acres in total. This will be cashed as sales go, making your net investment a real bargain. Once this will be sold, the new owner will still have more than 8 acres remaining !
