POSSIBLE TRADE FOR MICHIGAN HOUSE ON RIVER Value $200K
We have a ranch with a walkout basement on the high banks of the river (no chance of flooding) with beautiful views of the deer and wildlife. The house sits on a one-acre private setting in the city of Evart, MI 49631 (home of the famous Dulcimer festival) and has city water, city sewer, cable, etc. The other side of the river is all natural woods and field. There is 164 feet of river frontage. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, dining room and all appliances stay (1740 sq. ft). Current value $200,000. Our house is paid for; so we would like to trade for a house or vacant land even up; meaning we do not want to assume any debt.
