You have not mentioned Montana, but you would be surprised how wonderful our state really is.
We see a lot of Florida plates here together with plates from almost every state any time of the year.
Take a look at our Red Lodge Montana property with a log home on 5.8 acres, 30x50 barn, shop, two car garage with a wonderful guest apartment above with separate entrance that can be rented out any time of the year together with the barn or even the property itself to vacationers. The Property is located 4 miles from the town of Red Lodge on paved roads and midway between Billings International Air Port, and Yellowstone Park (65 miles either way). Have lived there almost two decades and the property is free and clear.  Also, Montana is the third least expensive state to live in when counting total taxes.
