Trade Description: we have a 1 bedroom condo in nice community on northeast side of orlando. it is 20 minutes to orlando and near exclusive heathrow community. LARGE kitchen and bathroom, granite counter top, 13 mile mixed use trail.

values are all over the place. am open to any deal that can provide me with ability to move north or west.

new assessment just came in and is much lower. I will consider offer's that allow me to complete purchase. We are looking to move otherwise, we would just stay here. its a nice place to live. high credit score(almost 800) just bad luck on the market. probably need owner financing or will work with your financing company as chase offers short sale only.

I have a deed restricted five acre lot just off of Spring Lake Highway in Pasco County less than a .5 mile from exit 293 on I75. The lot is in the Middle Lake Estates subdivision and is one of eight homesites in this subdivision. The home to be built must be a minimum of 2500 sq. You can also have a detached garage with an apartment for the in-laws or use an office. Horses are allowed on this high and dry property. The subdivision also grants lake access to all owners. The lot has been paid off and taxes are current. Property value is 215000.
