have a home in the Country Club of Ocala. 5000 sq ft, totally remodeled, Championship golf community with restaurant, tennis, exercise, pools, etc. gated and 24 hr guard. Home has been totally remodeled 4 side brick on 1.17 acres on golf course. 5/4.5 3 car gar. granite, hardwoods, marble, virtual tour available. Appraised last month at $825K, was 1.2 million in 2006. Nat: My listing for my home in the Country CLub of Ocala had expired, so I don't know the number on it! If you are still interested in a trade for homes, I would be very interested in discussing the details with you. It is a beautiful home and lake and close to hospitals, the mall, etc. I even see a college close by for my high school twins! If we can work out a land sale contract, lease or whatever, I would be interested. Due to the fact that I have essentially given up my cash profits on the home I have, I guess you could call me equity rich, cash poor. SO we would need to work around that. But, having traded apartments for homes in the past, I know all obstacles can be overcome with reasonable parties.
