Would you be interested in even swap for two properties in SC, one 2-A cleared land w/utilites just south of coastal Charleston (see above) and income producing lot in upscale area in Myrtle Beach? Both are in excellent areas of large homes near/on the coast.

I have an ocean view home in a beautiful american community in northern Baja / Playas de Tijuana: community called Playas Diamante (Diamond Beach) just 15 minutes from the international border (San Diego.) The views are amazing and everything in the home is custom including Brazillian Granite and wooden shutters....Dunn Edward premium paint and beautiful garden... Please let me know if you would like more info. It's new and we put a lot of work into the extras...then we had a baby. My sister cares for the little one while I am at work and it is too far for me to make the round trip now. I miss it but would like to move.

I will consider going down a lot off my purchase price so let's see what we can come up with. I have an excellent property in one of the best country clubs in the Charleston, SC area. It is only about 15-20 minutes to downtown Charleston, and it's right in the heart of historic Summerville. We own a 3/2 house in the small coastal community of Carolina Beach, NC.

Centrally located, this house is in walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Cape Fear River, boat ramp, freshwater lake, and municipal canal and marina. In addition, the house is pondfront and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We also own a 30' boat slip at a nearby marina that can be negotiated into a trade.
