Hola,
We have a beautiful home in Northern California, in Marin County just 15-20 minutes north of the golden gate bridge. The weather is usually nicer and warmer than San Francisco, yet we are a short drive to the city and all it has to offer.
We have a 4 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath home, mountainside views, worth approx. $1.3 M. It is approx. 3,000 sq. ft. and is child friendly with 2 large decks and a hot tub. Very private. Our land $2000 per acre, our home would be $500,000. Fencing $20,000. We owe $330,000 on home. Total about 1 million. We would like to swap even of course. Since we owe $80,000 more than you, we could also include all furnishing and older suv. We have this property (3707) and two other properties (see www.silerstudios.com, click on Siler Properties) that we could throw into the mix. Its a longshot, since we are in Oregon, but maybe there's a three-way possible. Anyone interested? We can remove loans as necessary...trade up or down...since we have several homes. I'm a cert. FL Paramedic, in small town OK, where I DON"T BELONG!!! The town is Kingfisher. It's apx. 30 mi. NW of OKC,OK. It's a quaint little city, 5000, or so. Really, Norman Rockwell could have been the City Planner! Low/No crime, low COL$$, surrounded by farm land, and a small lake scattered here & there.
My house is old/rustic, and small/cozy. nice back yard, good neighbors. It's rural, but not isolated. It is located at the intersection of hws. 81 & 33.
I WANT THE HELL OUTA HERE!!!!
I don't mind working, even really hard, with a business...and I could use the $$$.

I own 10 acres in Portland, Oregon. My house was built in 1997. This is a custom home with unique finishes just like yours. This land not only is private but also you can develop it in the near future if you want (2 acres per house) or possible adult single homes. There are many possibilities. I would like to PV because my family lives in Guadalajara and my husband would like to slow our life.

A three-way may involve a trade of your home with mine, and I trade yours with someone else, all at the same time. I think this method is used to get around the issue of two otherwise good matches that have a missing link. Examples:
I want a property in Mexico, and I trade mine in San Diego with yours in New York (?). A property owner in Mexico who wants a NY property would trade with yours. So you end up with a SD property, I end up in Mexico, and the Mexico owner ends up in NY.

Something like that, I think. Anyone has a better or clearer idea?
