Hello. Is there any interest in my house? Please look on ID#4333 with photos. This is in Boca Raton, FL - about 25-30 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale. Boca Raton will build equity faster than Ft. Lauderdale homes. As mentioned, my house was valued at $575K only 3 years ago until the soft market. I have no doubt that it will increase in value over time. Boca Raton is a very sought after community and is totally built-out now - no new homes. It has the best Public School system in the state and the schools in this neighborhood are all "A" rated. Is there any interest? Please reply. Thank you.

I have TWO very nice free/clear homes

1- is our 5 bed 4 bath 2-masters, 2car attached garage... 3,000sf exec golf course home that brings in about $20k/yr cash-flow income near the Houston Intln airport... super neighborhood, new a/c-heat unit, super stable tenents who wish to buy one day...

2- our 5-3 about 2500sf, 4-level, veiw home in Lake Arrowhead CA... a mile high up in paradise and only 1:15 from LA, the ocean or disneyland ! 2 large decks, shed, across from our only mtn Country Club, fast commute down the hill - also free/clear ... around $399k value........

- we seek a special place -a large home
- one of my best friends is an atty in P and would love me to move there

WILL TRADE 1 or 2 homes all depending on the situation...
- free/clear for same in a straight trade... we are debt-free and will stay that way ;-)

Any interest in a nice house in coastal Manhattan Beach, CA (90266, in South Bay region of coastal Los Angeles) – award-winning schools, low crime and a mile from clean beaches? I have two single-story 3 BR/2 BA nicely updated houses in Manhattan Beach (about a mile from the ocean) on nice lots in great locations, each presently rented, worth approx. $1.2M and $1.3M if there’s interest in a trade-up for either one of them (or a 3-way trade?).
