I am in Cumming ga. Our home is in Chattahoochee River Club Subdivision. Forsyth County Schools: haw creek elementary,riverside middle and South Forsyth High

Brick front, pool access, 4/5 bedrooms 3.5 bath and a 1acre pond directly behind our home with a peddle boat that will go with the house. Very kid friendly.
