What about Salem Oregon. 2004 build 3 bdrm 2.5 bath and bonus upstairs, den downstairs.stainless appliances, granite in kitchen, large master w/soaker tub, over 2300 sqft in the west salem hills with a view!

We own a home in Meridian Idaho. Tax accessors value is $176,000 but probably would appraise for more because we have been updaing since we moved here in 1997. We owe $123,000 so we do have equity. We are not sure at all how trades would work but we can live anywhere since we are self-employed graphic designers and professional artists. We are 10 minutes from downtown boise on about .25 acre with no backyard neighbors (backs up to canal then subdivision on other side of canal). We are also in a subdivsion near Franklin and Linder Roads. We cannot refinance right now but have always paid over $1,000 a month and because we have had our home for twelve years, we would qualify for first time homebuyers credit.
