First off yo9u have a beautiful home. I noticed that you had some interest in a property located in New Mexico (140 ac) Chris (the owner) had shown some interest in our property in USVI, I'm wondering if there could be a possiblity of a three-way exchange that would work for all of us?

Hello Susan,
In addition to my suggestion on the earlier email (with regards to the gentleman with the 140 acres) we have a beautiful cottage in St Thomas USVI along with 4 additional 1/2 acre lots that are all conected totaling 2.8 acres. As well as properties here in colorado, not sure how large of a home you would be looking for if it were in Colorado? see #2690 it is presently rented full time. The other is not listed in goswap as I am living in it. It has the same views as 2690 as it is just a couple of lots over.
