Would you consider a trade for a beautiful waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida. If there is a difference in price between our properties (i.e. if your property is more expensive than mine), I can include a very nice residential lot in Port Charlotte Florida as part of the trade. Looking to trade even for SFR with lo maint. My prop has two lots
and is surrounded by mountains in the Nantahala National Forest. The prop is right near Hwy 129 AKA The Tail of The Dragon which is very popular with MC and Sports Car folks. Lots to do here but has a laid back pace if that is your thing. Let me know if you have interest.

We own a 3/2 house in the small coastal community of Carolina Beach, NC.

Centrally located, this house is in walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Cape Fear River, boat ramp, freshwater lake, and municipal canal and marina. In addition, the house is pondfront and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We also own a 30' boat slip at a nearby marina that can be negotiated into a trade.
