We have two homes in Orlando Florida. One is in Maitland (about 50 minutes to New Smyrna Beach). It is Just a few streets away from Winter Park (one of the most beautiful and quant areas of Florida). We bought is a few years ago for $350,000 but the value has dropped since then. It would be a great house for a professional couple, young family or retired couple. It is about half way between the beach and Disney. 3 bedroom 2 bath, screened solar heated pool, landscaped yard, concrete paver driveway, sunroom, fireplace, hardwood floors, tile.
