Trade Description: Located on Lake Norman in the foothills of the mountains. 3 levels. Hi,
I have a riverfront home and cottage located in Port Orange, FL for trade. The house is on the Halifax River that separates the mainland from beach. Would you be interested in a permanent trade?
The approximate market value at this time is between $450-500k. The original purchase price was $587k with almost $100k in improvements, but with the declining real estate market we are forced to lower the value drastically. The bottom line is that if you like what we have to offer and you have something in exchange that we like as well, then a deal is possible.

I own a prime commercial property which I would be interested in exchanging with your property. My property is located at the corner of a major lighted intersection (Ridge Road and DeCubellis Road New Port Richey, Florida) . It is within the Publix shopping center. It is the only out parcel that is available in the whole shopping center. The other three out parcels are three banks (Patriot Bank and Riverside National Bank of Florida) and the third bank is in the process of getting built. It is located at the corner of a major lighted intersection (Ridge Road and DeCubellis Road New Port Richey, Florida 34654 Pasco County).

This area is expected to increase in value as there are plans for an extension from Ridge RD/Moon Lake to connect to the Veterans Highway (SR 589), which will cut down the commute time to Tampa. This extension will increase traffic count on Ridge RD dramatically. The current Average Traffic counts along Ridge RD and Decubellis RD are 2/9/2006 33,034 and 10/11/2005 10,811, respectively.

Price was recently reduced from $1,550,000 to $1,450,000 (free and clear of debt)

Also, I am open to 3way trade!
