We like what you have to offer. Would you or anyone who showed interest in this page consider a horse stable for (6 horses) on 7.3 acres + 4.7 acres = 12 acres in Florida? LOCATION, is SUPERB! Central to Orlando, Tampa and Port St. Lucie.

We own a 3/2 house in the small coastal community of Carolina Beach, NC.

Centrally located, this house is in walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Cape Fear River, boat ramp, freshwater lake, and municipal canal and marina. In addition, the house is pondfront and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We also own a 30' boat slip at a nearby marina that can be negotiated into a trade.
