I'm definitely open to all offers. I love my place but it's time to move on. Ideally I'd love to find that perfect mix of City and Country life. I'd consider a farm house on several acres just out side of Kansas City. I'd love to move to Asheville or Austin. Would even consider an amazing acerage in Iowa. I'm open to options.

As another possible option I would consider is moving to another neighborhood in Chicago to get closer to work. I would be interested in anything of equal(ish) value in Ukranian Village, West Town, River West, Greek Town, Wicker Park.

Our place is 1/2 block walk to a huge lakefront beach with park, ball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball, and children's play grounds. A red line train is 3 blocks away and the express bus to downtown is 1/2 blk.

Condos usually have more restrictions on them than I really like but I'm trying to get back up north so yours might be a stopping off point if you are interested in my Asheville, NC place. Please respond either way.
