I am trying to be creative with finding capitol for a growing company. We're at the end of our first full tax year and already producing considerable income. A bit more capitol is sought to open a 2nd larger office, to use as corporate headquarters, in a major city. This is a home based type business so looking for either a residential house with garage and office area or a live in commercial property. Current location is Knoxville and will continue to run as is.

We are looking for our second location to be in either Atlanta or Miami. Property needs minimum 3 bedrooms and should have a large garage, and be located within a short drive of downtown areas. Long drives from the city center will run labor costs to high.

Recently, we started seeking liquid investment capitol of 225K in exchange for company stock. However, this was to purchase real estate, so ofcourse we are open to a trade for real estate in exchange for stock. Also, open to a partial trade of company equity and some type of small monthly rent/lease plan. I'm open to discussion. Our goal is to be the papa johns of bartending.
