I have a building lot in Leland NC, just outside of Wilmington, NC. It is a beautiful subdivision with a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, canals thoughout for canoes, a large lake, clubhouse etc. My parents have a building lot there as well. We both have them for sale. There's is for sale for $177,000 and mine is on the market for $199,900. Would you be interested in trading your condos for these properties?
