Any interest in a nice house in Manhattan Beach, CA (90266), in South Bay region of coastal Los Angeles) – award-winning schools, low crime and walking/biking distance to shops, downtown MB and nice beaches/pier? I have two different single-story 3 BR/2 BA nicely updated houses in Manhattan Beach (within a mile from the ocean) on nice lots in great locations (a few blocks from each other), each presently rented to great tenants, one worth approx. $1.2M and the other $1.3M, if there’s interest in a trade-up for either one of them. Either house could be ideal for an owner-user upon lease-expiration, and I may be able to assist with some carry-back financing or do a “wrap” of the current mortgage. I'm looking to trade/sell one of the two houses which would allow me to purchase a lower-priced vacation or income property - or even a boat.
Separately, I have a 1-acre fabulous panoramic view lot overlooking Lake Travis in the Texas Hill Country.
