$180K for all 3 lots, $60 a piece, discount if cash I have environmental surveys showing that the land is buildable, lots are zoned open rural, which allows small bus. Utils are not installed, except power on the street. Lots will require well and septic. There is no time frame on building, people have gardens, animals, etc. you can read more info here:
