I am betting that at some point the dollar will be even more devalued and the Fed will realize that actual (as opposed to what is stated by the gov.) inflation is much greater than was anticipated by chief economists and most other beer drinking chiefs.

I know, a lot went on since the time of my writing this article in early 2008 and the dollar is actually appreciating against other currencies. But many believe (myself included) that the dollar is being manipulated, plus the Economies of the rest of the world are not doing great either, which adds some extra umph to the dollar.
