I don't have my property listed but can email you photos and info if you are interested in a 95 acre income producing horse farm in Vermont.

The main farm house has been repainted recently. Here are a couple details:

Currently the farm is generating $3750 per month income ($2600 for three rentals and $1150 combined board for 3 retired horses). The retirement board business could easily be expanded. The farm produces 150 bales of organic hay per acre, in two cuttings. Value: $33,750

The property taxes are $2,494 per year after the land use credit for being a farm. If it was not being farmed the taxes would be $4230. This property could easily be turned into a vineyard.
