Hello,

I am an American recently retired and living in my 1 year old ocean front home in sunny Pochomil Nicaragua about an hour drive from Managua. The house is around 100 yards from the Vista Mar hotel plus you will find many places for a delicious seafood dinner or just a cold beer, all within walking distance. In fact you can walk up the beach about 10 minutes to a little fishing village named Masachapa and meet the fishing boats coming in with the daily catch. Fresh- inexpensive and delicious!

The house is uniquely designed with much emphasis given to the beautiful weather and outdoor living. For example there is a 9 ft. privacy wall around the property with an electric gate on the ocean side. There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that affords you the view of the ocean or privacy and you can watch TV or a movie while swimming. Outdoors there is a kitchen and separate living room, a full bath, washer and dryer room, a gazebo style dining area with a custom made picnic table, a little park area with a stone bench surrounded by plants and greenery, a trellised area with a water fountain and gold fish facing a cozy seating area, an elevated sun deck, two cabanas (small house with loft on second floor), care takers home, storage area and a covered parking area. In addition there is sky TV, Internet with private tower and router, several back up water systems, power generator guaranteeing electricity to all buildings, a remote control system that opens the gate onto the Pacific Ocean and loads of beautiful plants and flowers. There are a total of six full baths and a rinse off shower.

The main house has two floors facing the ocean with large decks both upstairs and downstairs. You can actually see the ocean from your bed.

The house is traded – swapped as is. All furniture and furnishings are included. What you see is in the pictures is what you get, everything is included.

People are picking Nicaragua over Honduras, Panama and Costa Rica. It is less expensive and safer.
