Good Afternoon,

I bought a property in South Bend, IN when I was in graduate school at the University of Notre Dame that I am interested in swapping for your property. The house is located 4.5 miles from Notre Dame. I recently finished graduate school and am looking to swap the house for a nice vacation home or land. It is currently valued at around $62,500. I currently have the property rented to two pre-doctoral fellows at Notre Dame. It is a nice small home that I remodeled while in school (new and refinished floors, new roof, siding and windows, etc.). I think you might be the same George I just wrote to on another property.

Please consider our offering. We have a fully furnished and decorated, log-sided cabin in Murphy, North Carolina. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. On 2 (one plus) acre lots.

We are losing money at the value price of $169,500. We have about $50,000 in equity. We owe $120,000 on the cabin.

The deal is that we would get up to $50,000 of free and clear land. You would get the furnished cabin on the 2 acres. You would have to get a new loan for $120,000 or we might be able to arrange a wraparound.

I have several Smoky Mountain lots in a gated log cabin community between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg,TN. Community is almost built out with homes ranging from the 200's to 1 million. Taxes are approximately $260 per year. Most homes are vacation home rentals or second homes. I would trade at 50% values or less. Original values from 95k to 150k. We sent you a trade offering back in November, 2011 and did not hear from you.

Please let us know if you have a nice piece of land, RV, Fifth Wheel/Truck Combo or any type of property valued up to $60,000 to trade for the equity in our furnished cabin on 2 (one plus) acre lots in Murphy, North Carolina.

You need to either get a new loan to pay off the $ 119,000 balance or we can arrange a lease with option to buy.

Cabin is currently on a rental program for $ 500 a week.

We need to downsize and get out of debt.
