Description: Six view acres of raw land between Sisters and Bend in beautiful high desert country in central Oregon in a nice development with beautiful mountain views. The property address is 17745 Ox Spur Court, Bend, OR. 97701 so you can see its proximity to either Sisters or Bend. It has a Bend address but is actually located in the more desirable Sisters School district.

We paid $375,000 for the property in March 2007 and own the land outright. We then paid an additional $9,750 to have the well put in. We did not have a pump put on the well as there is not yet a house there, we just had it drilled, tested and capped for future use.

We have had the well drilled in 2007. I waited to have it drilled when water table was at its lowest near beginning of May when Tumalo area agricultural irrigation is in full swing to ensure an adequate all season water supply and still got an impressive 25+ GPM!

We have subsequently purchased an existing home here in Sisters, OR. where we now live so we no longer have need of the property.
