We have a beautiful home in Pueblo West, Colorado. Great views of the mountains. It is in the banana belt (mild winters). Just a couple of minutes away from Pueblo State Park and Reservoir (3600 surface acres). Will send more info if you are interested in this part of the country. Also have other assets up in the mountains.

I have 30 acres out of a 40 ac tract in Marion, NC. Beautiful mountain views, in the country but close to town and conviences. Marion is 30 miles from Asheville and Hickory, 75 miles to Charlotte and 1.5 hours to Boone (because of mountain roads). This is a small town with a great location.
