I have 10 Ac on the Okatoma River between Collins, MS. and Seminary, MS. This river is famous for canoeing and rafting. This property has several large trees on it and has 603 feet waterfront acreage and a sandbar. A very nice piece of property. Easy to get to and 10-15 min from shopping, etc.
This property is 1 1/2 hours drive from New Orleans, Mississippi Gulf Coast and Casinos, and Mobile, AL. 25 min from major malls and shopping. Property is valued at $100,000.- and there is a current balance of approx $30,000.- left on mortgage.
