Just looking for something different. I also have a beautiful ocean view home in Lincoln city that is listed on this site number 6149 may trade both if interested. I really think I want to go to Hawaii, but possibly a small vintage house or farm would also work. Something with a bit of land, county area. Don't want any lake or river frontage. Value of Silverton approx 280 value of beach house which is fully furnished and has a vacation rental permit is 599K. Would also work with a contractor who may have a country house in the Silverton area for trade. Want to downsize and not have two homes anymore.

Not sure I understand the price, and loan amounts. Do you mean 280K, and 80K? I have an 80% completed stick built home in New Mexico, complete with commercial kitchen 95% complete, and flour tortilla factory 100% complete and operational. We have a great view of the farm and ranch lands, mountains, and are 1/8 mile from the northern tip of probably the biggest lake in New Mexico. Home is western barn style, first floor 34' X 34', upper level is wide open 12' X 28', with covered 12 X 6 balcony. My loans on the property and home are 0.
