Description: FOR SALE: Prevost H3-45 Brand New Unconverted Shell. Will Consider Partial Trade for excellent condition boat, classic cars (partial trade) or newer European car or diesel pick up truck... Will consider partial trade for tractor to pull 18 wheller trailer set up. I have trailer, need tractor.

This is a new shell made for RV conversion (not passenger coach version). Double slide out, over the road air, fully loaded factory RV version. Series 60 Detroit Diesel with Allison transmission. Chassis was never converted except for slide outs. Mileage is 8,000 from transporting to and from slide installation company and driving to Sarasota Florida where it remains. Standard features such as air ride, leveling, cruise control, etc. is too long to list here. Build sheet can be emailed or faxed upon request. A 2008 shell like this with 2 slides, unconverted as this one, sells for over $500,000 from Prevost now. Save over 50% on this new uncoverted shell. Needs paint and TLC prep for paint. This one is the same chassis including the drive train. New cap kit for front and back could be added to make it look like an 2010 if desired.

I have a 2060 sq ft 2 story home with finished basement in Canton, OH. Home of the Football Hall of Fame. Nice size lot in a wonderful neighborhood. My home was one of the first, built in 1995. Every update I list has been completed in the last year and a half. Updated kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters, and tin backsplash. New architectural roof. New doors and garage door. New carpet throught and new laminate wood floors. In the process of tiling shower and floors in master bath and replacing cabinets in both full bathrooms with maple and new granite counter as well. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 car garage, porch across the front of house. Replaced railing on front porch with vinyl columns. All new lanscaping. New shed. Deck off the eat in kitchen with french doors. New hotwater heater. Just updating because it was built with the basics. Great school district. Middlebranch elementry, Glenwood Middle, and Glen Oak High. This neighbord borders the outskirts of Hartville which is a summer tourist area. We were looking to get an RV and would trade our home. We have approximatly 200,000 + in this home. Willing to trade and finance the balance on the RV. We will also iclude all furnishings for extra and even our 2007 nissan pathfinder. We love to travel and are looking to move because my son will be graduating high school soon and joining the A.F. Want to get ahead start on staying in towns we are interested in to see if we would like to stay and by a house in either of those areas. Which is why an RV is perfect for us.
