Jim, I will call you this weekend and see if you'd be interested in considering our lot for trade. At the height of the market it was valued at nearly $200,000 but property values in Georgia were not as high as they were in Florida so hard to compare. It has nice mountain views and houses in the area are very nice, most are a min sq footage of 3,000 and quality home builders in the area.
