Hello. I am writing to see if you still have your lodge for sale? I wrote a short note earlier today on my cell phone, but now am on my computer. I found a property that will do a 3 way trade. Their property is farm land, 41 acres near Cedar Creek, Missouri. It has a 6,000 sq. foot lodge, 1,600 feet of waterfront on Bull Shoals Lake, has a 3,000 foot airstrip. They grow hay, have the tractors and equipment, and have several outbuildings, including 2 story barn, equipment shed, and another home. If you would be interested in using this as part payment for your lodge, along with the balance in cash, then please get back to me asap. I am looking at a place in B.C. this week, but would much rather work something out with you on your Koksetna Lodge. If you would like to call, my phone is 801-473-1744.
