FYI: All assembly line RVs are built on truck chassis designed for carrying cargo. Custom built high end coaches such as ours are constructed on a COMMERCIAL BUS CHASSIS (heavy-wall tubular stainless steel) designed for the COMFORT and SAFETY of people.
GOSWAP is by far the BEST and most user-friendly trade website we have found.
HELPFUL HINT: When using GOSWAP, go to “Map It”. This will usually give you the address. Google it. Go to Zillow. It will give you a wealth of information. At the top of the page, click on “Homes”; scroll down to “Recent Home Sales”. This will tell you all sales in the past 6 months – including Asking Price, the SOLD Price, and Price Per Square Foot. The SOLD price dictates the “TRUE” value. You may WANT $250/s.f., but if HOMES in your area are selling for $50-$100/s.f., in most cases, that is probably the MOST you will get.
