This last property is a entire valley to include both ridges. If a structure were build on one corner of the property one would be able to see the ocean from a second floor. The parcel is located in the corner of a 450 acre ranch. Some of the locals in the area tell me that my property is one of the only areas that many wild animals come to. Deer and Howler monkeys. Taxes less than $ 100 yr.

American Title has issued title insurance on most the properties in the country. So title is no issue with any of these parcels. I have an excellent attorney that is from Houston and he dots every i and crosses every t.

I would consider some kind of joint venture.

To sum it up there are 3 properties of 30 acres each. A total of 90 acres. It just happened that all of the pieces ended up the same size. All properties are free and clear and taxes current. Hard to believe but the taxes on all 3 properties combined are less than $ 100 a year. They have to keep the undeveloped land taxes low or all of the poor people would lose their land. Remember some of them make $100 or even less a month.
