Listing plans description & pricing

Remember, we do not charge commission!
We offer three ways to submit listings (contact us with any questions):

1. Self-service plans:

Submit listing yourself and save $9: Create a new listing (or assign your existing one) to any of the plans:
Register > Login > My Account > Add New Listing > Choose one of the plans > Submit. Our self-service listing plans start from $20 for 3-month basic listing or $30 for 1-year standard listing.

2. Hand-held listing plans:

We create or transfer the ad for you:
We can transfer an existing listing from any other website. Order below and provide us a link, PDF, MS Word, or any other listing format and we will convert all data, create a new listing, and send you account info. This service includes a service charge of $9. Have your listing details text and credit card ready. Our system will record your answers about the listing. We will notify you after the listing is posted. Pricing includes $9 charge and is the same as Hand-held plans (below).

1 year STANDARD listing, 5 images, and website support - $39

Hand-held plan: We create your account and listing from scratch, resize and upload pictures then email you all details. Standard listing is good for 1 year with 5 images, but is not syndicated to other websites, users are hot notified of your new listing, no files, videos, or virtual tours can be added.

1 year ENHANCED listing, 20 images, and website support - $69

Hand-held plan: All the features of STANDARD listing above plus: we will upload your virtual tours, videos, files (PDF, Word, Excel, etc), and syndicate listing to about 20+ other websites that link back to your listing and bring additional traffic. Enhanced listing IS syndicated to other websites, users ARE notified of your new listing, PLUS files, videos, or virtual tours can be added. Some of the sites we syndicate to are: Zillow.com Vast.com Trulia.com Realestate.Overstock.com Base.Google.com ByOwnerMLS.com Propsmart.com PermanentHouseTrading.com Realestate.myspace.com Craigslist.org (featured listings only)

Featured Listing with guaranteed views: $90-$270;

1-year featured with at least 3,000 views for $270

3-month featured with at least 600 views for $90

Hand-held plan: Your listing will be featured on the home page and other pages, highlighted on search results pages. Featured listings typically bring 200-300 additional listing views per month, some as many as 8,000 views per year. We guarantee at least 3,000 views for 1-year featured listings, or your money back.

Homes & Land 1/4 page ad in one issue (usually once a month) - $449

We have partnered with Homes & Land - the leading real estate print classifieds venue. Our staff will take the info and contacts from your GoSwap.org listing (or create a new one), design a print ad, and submit it to the Homes & Land magazine IN YOUR AREA, plus a matching listing on www.homesandland.com as well as a 1-year featured listing on this website. Your magazine listing will appear on a quarter page along with your phone number and a direct link to your listing. You may request to appear in more than one issue by contacting us and we will email you quantity discounts. Never before has it been possible to publish FSBO listings in Homes & Land!

Unlimited Standard 1-year Listings & Duplication Service- $199

Have more than 10 listings? Want a quick way to enter a bunch of similar listings? Pay a one time fee and submit an unlimited number of standard listings at no additional charge. We can also duplicate any of your listings infinite times. So if you have very similar listings, create one, we will duplicate it # times, then you can edit each listing to change address, pictures, etc.

Both video creation services includes distribution to our YouTube House Swapping channel and uploading to your GoSwap.org listing. All listings with video tours will later be featured on our Online Trade Video Channel for additional exposure.
