How to reset my password, update or delete my account?

We have made it easier to retrieve your existing account information. In case if you forgot your password and/or your username, Click here to have a new password assigned and emailed to you

You may reset your password to a memorable one by following these steps: Login >My Account > Edit Account > then enter new password twice > hit submit. You may also want to enter your phone numbers there. This information will appear on all of your listings. The change will take affect immediately after you click submit. To mark your listings "sold": got to My Account > Edit Listing > update listing & images > set Active field to Sold > press submit at the bottom OR to permanently delete the listing press Delete at the bottom. This will remove your listing but will keep your account open in case if you decide to list other properties.
To delete your entire account from our database including all your listings please email us with the subject Delete account. This will remove all your information and delete all your listings. This action cannot be undone.
