Thank you for the kind words. Since you tried other swapping sites, would you spare a few details on what features you like (or don't) and maybe what additional functionality you'd like to see?

We are constantly working on new features, but due to limited resources and infinite possibilities, we only try to concentrate on features that will yield the greatest benefit to the users. Feedback from serious swappers like yourself is priceless to us.

Well, first of all I'm not too good on these forums, if that's what they're called. I had a hard time finding your response, but that's because I'm not up on doing these kinds of things. I don't text either! Anyway, I was on domuswap and really do not like the changes they made. The whole thing is like a forum or I guess a blog, I'm not sure what it's called and I really don't like it at all. There is no privacy when you want to contact someone and the whole world can see your responses. And, if you want to leave an email or phone number, everyone can see it, it's not private at all. I like the fact that you can contact a property owner and it's only between you and them, like on goswap.

Also, I am on ree.com. And, it's not bad, except that you can't delete responses for 21 days and you get some really weird swap proposals on that site. Also, when you make changes on that site, it's supposed to go under the heading of "view new and modified properties". Well sometimes it goes under that category and sometimes it just kicks you off and you can never get on again, and have to repost your whole ad.

That is one thing I would like to see at goswap if you have the capability to do it. To be able to refresh your property so that you can see it more often under the new properties. Like, if you allowed owners to do that once a week or so, if they should choose to do so, just to bring it back up front again. But I still like your site, even if you can't do that. It's simple, and it's easy to contact another property owner and give them info on your property. I tell everyone I know about it. When people contact me from other sites and we are not a match, I tell them about your website, and I also just helped an older couple post their property on your site too.

Well, thank you again. I do appreciate all the free sites for homeowners, it' a great help to us in these times. But I just like yours the best. Oh, I also like that you can put a lot of photos on the your site. That is a really nice feature! Irene Schmoldt

This is on our list and will be implemented shortly. Every time a user updates a listing, it will be bumped up to the top in search results, until replaced by other new or updated listings.

Just wanted to let you know that the new sorting feature you requested has been implemented. Any freshly updated listings will now be shown at the top of search results. Also installed are:
New listings management panel with listing preview
Listing Brochure with print option available by clicking Seller Tools tab inside a listing
Each listing can also be shared on Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc by clicking on the Share link jsut above public swap proposals inside a listing.

I had the hardest time trying to figure out how to reply. Just want to thank you, I like the new updates. I tried a revision in my listing and it worked. Thanks again. Love your site! Just wanted to let you know that the new sorting feature you requested has been implemented. Any freshly updated listings will now be shown at the top of search results

We had to revert back to original sorting of listings, which now shows featured listings first, then newest listings. Many of the users complained that they keep seeing older listings on top of the search results which makes it hard to determine which are the new listings.

So right now the only way to consistently appear at the top of the list is to upgrade to a featured listing:
Login > edit listing > activate / renew > choose one of the featured plans > submit

Please note, additional term for featured listing will be added to the current expiration date, so no pre-paid time is lost.
