Easily keep your property listings updated -- no HTML coding required to add, delete, or modify listings.
Built-in image manager -- upload up to 15 photos via the web browser, either when creating new listings or modifying an existing one. If photos are not uploaded for a property, a "photo not available" image will be automatically displayed for the listing.
For $19 we can transfer any existing listing including images from any other website.
GoSwap.org automatically interfaces with Yahoo Maps, Yahoo Neighborhoods, and Wikipedia.org city guides -- additional links and information is automatically inserted in each listing to provide seekers with a complete overview of the area including mapping, schools, shopping, transportation, etc. Additionally, GoSwap.org has the revolutionary technology that allows searching properties offered for trade via map.
Secure -- no one but you can change your listings. Account information can be viewed and updated by going to My Account > Edit Account. Changes to My Account such as email and contact phones will be automatically updated in all of the user's listings.
Flexible search -- browse properties or search by location or map.

Contact any property owner
Add listing{s) to My Account for later review
View other properties for swap in the area near subject property.
Add listings and activate them instantly or later - your choice. All basic listings are free if you refer 4 friends to visit GoSwap.org, otherwise, $19 fee applies.

You mention cars, boats, etc, how come there are no listings in those categories? Just curious.

There are actually listings, but very few. We have not specifically stressed or promoted other property classes. We do want to concentrate on real estate trading. Adding other property classes gives swappers additional options for trading, so that someone could, let's say exchange their Airstream for a piece of land in case if they are tired of RVing. Flexibility in trading across all asset types is what goswap is all about. There are other barter sites, but we try to excel at what they lack. Some of the listing sites are really bogus and do not even offer much of an image package. How can anyone get someone interested in a property without even showing what it's all about? We actually encourage as including many pictures as possible with the listings -- and that feature is free anyway.I certainly went off topic with this one.... sorry.

Just a note, goswap is also geared to be international. We are in the process of translating the site and making it multilingual. As dollar declines, US real estate is looking more and more appealing to foreigners as before it was overpriced. Just don't ask me how to structure an international property trade.... (yet)
