ADDITIONAL REVENUE
Additional Work Orders are provided from month to month from the accounts that I have relationships with. These are for one-time services at existing locations as well as new locations that may or may not want contracts in place for monthly or quarterly services.
Because of these, last year it led it my doubling the core business that I have under contract alone. This was without the effort of trying to sell anything. It was simply new business that was offered under the same pricing I have in place.

FIXED ANNUAL EXPENSES

This includes Vehicle, All Required Insurance, Equipment Financing and ADP (Payroll, Quarterly and Annual Reporting - Automatic), Storage for the Vehicle and Equipment.
NOTE: ALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE PAID OFF PRIOR TO FINAL PURCHASE. THIS WILL RESULT IN AN ANNUAL SAVINGS OF $7,324.44 MAKING THE FIXED ANNUAL EXPENSENSES $16,675.66

FLUCUATING EXPENSES
$19,600.00 (Roughly)

Payroll – Less than $5,000 last year. This was because I assisted with a lot of the work myself. There are currently 2 PT trained employees in place to perform all work. With these employees in place, double the above listed number (Forecast $10,000 for the year).

Gasoline (Vehicle and Equipment) – Roughly $6,000 for the year.

Hotel Accommodations – Roughly $1,600 for the year (16 Overnight Stays). Some quarterly accounts are further out requiring overnight stay over.

Equipment Repair & Maintenance – Occasional, spent roughly $1,000 last year which included additional parts to decrease amount of time spent on each job.

Vehicle Repair & Maintenance – I purchased the vehicle in October of 2016 (2015 Ram ProMaster City) with only 100 miles on it. It still has less than 26,000 miles on it. An occasional oil change, tire rotation, etc.

Office – I operate the company from home. All you will need is a laptop, scanner, copier, and cell phone. Forecast $1,000.00 for this because of invoicing, ink as well as additional fees associated with filing quarterly 941’s and year end through ADP.

TOTAL ANNUAL EXPENSES: $43,600.00
ONCE EQUIPMENT IS PAID: $36,275.66

TOTAL ESTIMATED MINIMUM PROFIT: $65,382.80 (Roughly a 60% Profit Margin)
ONCE EQUIPMENT IS PAID: $72,706.84 (ROUGHLY A 67% PROFIT MARGIN!!!)

TIME INVOLVED WITH SERVICING EXISTING ACCOUNTS: The monthly accounts can be done in just 6 nights per month. On months when the quarterly accounts fall, all work can be done in just 10 nights. This company involves part time work and is already making this much money.

This company is less than 3 years old, already extremely profitable and positioned to continue to grow rapidly (Authorized in PA, NY, NJ, MD, VA, NC and SC). Current accounts are only in PA and NY.

I am authorized to do work with a particular company that we have a Master Service Agreement with. This company is a very hard company to initiate business with. My company has a great reputation with them and is a “Preferred Vender” within the state of PA. They continue to give us business and authorize us to be in the above listed states.
