Coffee Farm in Costa Rica

Coffee Farm in Central Pacific Costa Rica. Located in an area known as the 'Tuscany of Central America,' the 5-acre farm rests on the San Ramon river at 1,300 meters above sea level, with over half the land devoted to coffee varietals. Roadwork, drainage, and multiple home sites have been completed. Access to municipal electricity and water is readily available. The farm contains multiple swimming holes, a seasonal spring, and a wide variety of fruit and hardwood trees. The revenue from the coffee harvest covers annual farm expenses. Expats and locals live in the area; under an hour to the beach (Playa Dominical and Dominicalito). Taxes are around $15 a year. The area kinda looks like Hawaii and Italy had a baby. There are locals and ex-pats from all over the world in the area.
