High end gemstones for trade

Land, house, boats, cars, aircraft, cryptocurrency, or ?? Prefer US, but would consider other areas of the world.I have collected hundreds of gemstones over the past 40 years, including some high end rubies, sapphires, emeralds, tourmalines, demantoids, topaz, aquamarines, etc. Some have papers, most do not. I would consider swapping these for some land, a house, or ?? up to $250K or so. Can use gemval.com valuations (wholesale) or your jeweler. Send me pics and specs on what you have.
