Home for trade

I will swap for a 50 foot yacht or larger, preferably a Catamaran. Or, I will swap for land near the water that has a large garage. Preferably in Nova Scotia but open to around the world.I have a 1.5 story house in Springhill NS for trade. The appraisal was done 1 week ago and was $410,000. I am looking to trade for ocean front property or a 50 foot or larger boat to live on board. The house is located very near downtown. Its only a 5 minute walk to all amenities. The upstairs has 2 bachelor apartments. Each room has its own entrance and each room has its own ensuite. It has 5 bathrooms and plumbing in place for a 5th in the Basement. This house has a brand new basement, windows, doors, siding, roof, plumbing, electrical etc. It was built in 1959 but I gutted it down to the studs and rebuilt a brand new home. It still needs a kitchen and I have an $80,000 mortgage on the house. I have rented the upstair rooms for the last 4 years to students. The house is only a 2 minute walk to the college and each year I posted the ad, the rooms rented inside 1 day. Prime location. The total income from the upstairs rooms is $1250 a month.
