My equity is $420,000 and I still owe $170,000, so buyer would have to finance or pay cash for that difference. This property would be an excellent VRBO renting for at a minimum $350 a night. My price limit is $895,000 as I will need to finance the difference, but am pre-approved, however, I would consider a house or condo in the $300,000-420,000 range for my equity also.
