Own a resort lake property in Texas about 125 miles for Houston, Tx, would like to sell our Texas lot at the Sanctuary at Costa Grande in Port O Connor Texas. This is the ultimate community with beaches, trails clubhouse and more.Lot is a water view lot right next to a pocket park.
For ALL CASH ,We are willing to sell this lot immediately to offset a Capital Gain and we are willing to take a substantial loss if we can get CASH sale. I also have some great pics but I will have to send in a later email. We just need to close by the end of the year. (We will consider ANY OFFER that might give us a CASH or we will consider ANY TRADE PROPERTY and use this as a down payment

We definitely have interest in a trade too. We purchased the Sanctuary lot for $86,900 about 10 years ago. We had it listed as high as $140,000 per a realtors advice not long after we purchased it several years ago.
We actually listed below the realtors recommendation, and had a lot of activity on it, but no offers. We listed it at this price to raise cash to put into other ventures.
We have proof of documentation to support all of the above numbers. Ideally would like a straight across trade if that would be acceptable but will always remain open to any discussions for other alternatives .
