We're looking for local video creators worldwide who can meet people nearby, film unusual assets, and turn swap stories into short-form videos worth watching.
This is for creators who like real people, weird inventory, fast storytelling, and local shoots. One assignment might be a house, the next a boat, business, vehicle, collectible, ranch, service, or some random asset you never expected to film.
How You Get Paid
Choose your payout model
$50 per video + $20 per 1,000 views
or
$100 per video + $10 per 1,000 views
Your earnings can keep growing as your GoSwap videos keep getting views and as you promote them through your own channels.
Creators may opt to double the cash amount in GoSwap promotional credits for listings, featured placements, AI agent usage, proposals, documents, and more.
This is independent contractor work. No fixed schedule, no employment contract, and no pressure to act like it's a full-time desk job.
Fine print: view-based payouts are limited to the first year after each approved video is published.
What You'll Do
Go meet sellers in your area, ask good questions, and make their asset feel worth watching in under a minute.
- Visit a seller or listing location in your area. We'll provide contacts when an assignment is approved.
- Film a short interview with the seller.
- Capture clear footage of the asset and what makes it trade-worthy.
- Ask what they own, why it is interesting, and what they would consider in exchange.
- Deliver a clean vertical video suitable for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and GoSwap.org promotion.
Video Requirements
- Vertical format: 9:16
- 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 30-90 seconds preferred
- Clear audio and good lighting
- Show the asset clearly and make it interesting, quirky, witty, or scene-appropriate
- Include the seller on camera when possible
- Use only music from free libraries
- No misleading claims
- No unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate content
Who We're Looking For
You do not need a giant audience. You do need taste, confidence, and the ability to make something local feel interesting quickly.
- A YouTuber, TikToker, Instagram creator, videographer, confident smartphone storyteller, or local content hustler
- Comfortable talking to people
- Good at making things look interesting fast
- Reliable and responsive
- Able to shoot clean vertical video with a modern smartphone or camera
Where We Want Creators Most
We have the strongest immediate interest in major metros, resort markets, luxury markets, coastal cities, expat hubs, and other places where unusual assets and interesting people overlap.
If your city is not listed but you know there are strong stories there, apply anyway.
Your Sample Video
Most creators will be asked to submit a short sample before getting their first assignment.
Sample concept
Film one of your own assets or make up a fake swap story if that is easier. Around one minute is ideal, but longer is fine if it shows how you think.
We mainly want to see whether you can frame the asset, guide a quick interview, and keep the pacing watchable for a short-form feed.
