We're looking to trade toward rural acreage in eastern Washington, and we're flexible on how the deal comes together: straight trade adjusted for any value difference, trade plus cash or monthly payments to balance it out, or if you'd rather keep your land deal simple, we're equally happy to owner-finance with dependable monthly payments. I'm a medically retired Air Force vet with guaranteed monthly income, so the check never misses. Looking for rural acreage in eastern Washington Stevens, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, or rural Spokane County. Ideally at least 10–20 acres but flexible on size. Must-haves: no HOA or CC&Rs, year-round access, and RV living allowed during our build-out phase. Raw land is no problem, we're building a homestead (dogs, chickens, garden) and will put a permanent home on it. Open to straight trade, trade plus cash/payments, or seller financing. Not picky but we care about space, access, and a seller who wants an easy, honest deal.
