What Trade Advisor Is

GoSwap Trade Advisor is an automated tool. It is not a lawyer, broker, appraiser, or tax advisor, and its output is not legal, financial, tax, or valuation advice. It uses only the numbers you and the other member entered and does not verify them. Consult a licensed professional before relying on it.

Trade Advisor is available inside a swap proposal. It reads the listings, values, loan balances, and funding rows on both sides of that proposal and answers questions about them.

What It Does

• Restates the numbers in the proposal: what each side contributes, the totals for each side, and the difference between them.
• Explains what each funding row type means, such as cash, seller financing, an assumed loan, or a lease contract.
• Explains general concepts in plain language when you ask about them.
• Points out which figures are estimates entered by the members.

What It Will Not Do

• Say what either party should ask for, offer, add, or remove.
• Estimate what an asset is worth or what similar assets sell for.
• Give tax conclusions, including whether a trade qualifies as a 1031 exchange.
• Draft contract terms or clauses.
• Recommend interest rates, loan terms, or financing structures.

When you ask for any of these, Trade Advisor will say it cannot help and refer you to a licensed attorney, CPA or tax advisor, appraiser, or broker.

No Professional Relationship

Using Trade Advisor does not create an attorney-client, broker, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Swap Inc or GoSwap.org. GoSwap.org has no duty to either party to a proposal arising from Trade Advisor output.

By using Trade Advisor, you agree not to rely on it as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.

How Your Messages Are Processed

Your messages and the numbers in the proposal are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate each reply. Do not include financial account numbers, government identification, or other sensitive personal information in your messages.

Trade Advisor charges credits for each response. The chat shows the cost before your first request, and the first response may be free.

Mistakes

Trade Advisor can be wrong. It can misread a figure, miscalculate a total, or describe a term inaccurately. Verify every figure against your own records and the proposal itself before you act on anything it says.
